Return Request

Please fill in the message field below with the following information:

• First and last name
• Order number (e.g. #1234)
• Name of returned product
• IBAN for refund
• Reason for return

Please note: Returns are only accepted for unopened, sealed products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Hygiene products with removed seals cannot be returned.
