All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately at checkout based on the destination, weight, and volume of the order.

5. Order Process

An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

6. Payment

We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before the order is dispatched. All transactions are processed securely.

7. Delivery

9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

10. Statutory Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CONDOMIKO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
