Shipping policy

1. Delivery, Shipping, and Discretion

We deliver our products to customers across Europe and neighboring countries. All orders confirmed and paid before 12:00 PM (GMT+1) are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched on the following business day.

The expected delivery times within the European Union range from 1 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and the selected logistics agency. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may experience longer shipping timelines.

Logistics Partner & Warehousing: To ensure maximum efficiency, our order fulfillment and logistics are handled directly by our designated third-party logistics partner operating from their central facility in Carmona, Spain.

Shipping Rates: The exact shipping costs for your order are calculated automatically based on the destination country, weight, and volume of the package. The final shipping rate will be clearly displayed to you at the checkout page before you complete and confirm your purchase.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes for non-EU Countries: For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, etc.), international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country. All such additional customs clearance charges and taxes must be borne entirely by the final recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

All shipments are 100% discrete. The packages are shipped in entirely neutral packaging with no external markings, branding, or logos that identify the adult nature of the contents. The sender name on the shipping label is listed neutrally as a logistics operator.

2. Transport Damages, Missing Items, and Inspection Window

An order is considered legally delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. All shipments undergo advanced scanning and quality control before leaving the facility.

  • Damaged Deliveries: If a package shows clear signs of tampering, damage, alteration, or opening by the logistics agency at the moment of delivery, the customer must reject the package and report the issue to the courier immediately.

  • Missing Items & Outer Box Inspection: If you discover that a product is missing or arrived damaged, you must report this issue to our Customer Support within 2 business days from the delivery date. This 2-day reporting window is strictly mandatory for initiating shipping insurance claims regarding physical transport damage and missing items with the courier logistics agency. Please note that this administrative reporting window does not affect, limit, or reduce your statutory 2-year legal warranty rights regarding hidden manufacturing defects or product malfunctions.

  • Mandatory Documentation for Transport Claims: To process any claim for a damaged or missing item caused during transport, the customer must provide a clear photograph of the outer box (showing the condition in which it arrived) and a clear photograph of the shipping label from the logistics agency. Failure to provide both photographs will result in the immediate rejection of the transport-related claim.
