1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day you or a designated third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods, without providing any justification.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at returns@condomiko.com.

 

2. Health Protection and Hygiene Exceptions

Due to health protection and hygiene regulations (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return if they have been unsealed, opened, or used after delivery.

This exception applies to: sexual toys, sexual health cosmetics, lubricants, condoms, and intimate lingerie. Returns of products in blister packs, heat-sealed packaging, or those with broken factory security seals will be automatically denied.

These restrictions do not affect your statutory warranty rights in the case of defective or non-conforming goods.

 

3. Return Process

To return eligible goods, please ship them to the following address:

The goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is solely responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

 

4. Refunds

Upon receiving the returned goods and verifying that they are completely unopened, unsealed, and in their original condition, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

We will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned items, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

 

5. Statutory Warranty Rights

In accordance with Directive 2019/771/EU on the conformity of goods, you are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee on all products. If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, please contact us at returns@condomiko.com.

6. Warranty Claims for Used Goods and Hygiene Requirements

In the event of a product defect or malfunction occurring within the statutory 2-year warranty period, the customer has the right to file a warranty claim for used goods (such as electronic intimate devices).

For health, safety, and hygiene protection reasons, all returned items under a warranty claim must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by the customer prior to shipping. We reserve the right to immediately reject and return any package that does not meet these hygiene requirements, at the customer's expense
